What's in a public holiday?
Flexibility has been the name of the game for the past couple of years, and it's finally extended to public holidays.

We held a snap Q&A on our Instagram to get a sense of the landscape in AusCorp when it comes to swapping public holidays. With "Australia Day" becoming an increasingly hot topic, it's easy to see a public holiday swap policy being a staple amongst Aussie firms in the near future.
