Together with Kraken, we're taking over Sneaker Laundry LAB Melbourne for an AusCorp run that starts and finishes where your sneakers get more care than you do at work. Finish your run and you'll be greeted with a free matcha to kick start your day.

When: Meet at 6:50AM for a 7:00AM start
Where: Exact location provided in Calendar Invite
Who: All paces welcome. Come solo or bring a mate.

5-6 Minute Team / 7km

  • Target pace: ~5:00-5:30/km (comfortably hard), no-drop with rolling regroups at landmarks
  • Distance: 7km loop (final route TBA), estimated 35-45 mins

6–7 Minute Team / 5km

  • Target pace: ~6:00–6:30/km (conversational), no-pressure jog/walk options
  • Distance: 5km loop (final route TBA), estimated 30-40 mins
