EasyPark has deployed an AI agent called Parker to qualify B2B sales leads and route customers to either instant digital sign-up or a human sales representative, Salesforce said in a case study. The agent is projected to cut the volume of outbound calls the sales team makes by as much as 25% when it goes live.

The parking app company moved its customer relationship management and sales operations onto Salesforce as its Australian workforce grew from a handful of people four years ago to more than 60, with the global headcount reaching 4,500. Sales Cloud has given the sales team near real-time visibility of incoming leads and increased contact response speed by more than 50%, with some customers receiving calls within minutes of submitting a request.

Parker, described as the first production use case for Agentforce at EasyPark, will evaluate what each incoming lead needs and direct them accordingly. Beyond inbound leads, the agent will operate independently to revive past leads and surface new prospects, drawing on app usage, cases and Knowledge articles brought together in Data Cloud. Jason Marks, General Manager B2B at EasyPark, said Parker's role is to qualify leads both in and out, and that consumers with no need for B2B products can be filtered out at a faster rate with the agent operating.

EasyPark, part of parent group Arrive, is best known as a pay-by-phone parking app and originally operated as a B2B business helping users reserve street parking before expanding to a consumer product. Marks said the agent was designed to accelerate the company's B2B sales activity and that it connects to the full ecosystem to examine behavioural trends and identify relevant B2B candidates from parking behaviour.

For B2B sales representatives, Parker's deployment is intended to reduce the volume of outbound calls by up to 25%, allowing them to focus on leads that require direct human engagement. For businesses interested in EasyPark's B2B products, the agent is designed to be available at any hour to answer questions and enable sign-up without waiting for a sales representative to be free.
