Your name

6. The prize
Three (3) Australian workplaces will each win a free 2-day Onsite School Holiday Program (up to 20 children per day) delivered by KidsCo at their workplace. Programs are teacher-led, fully supervised, and delivered onsite. Winning workplaces will be contacted directly to confirm eligibility and program details.
Total prize pool value: approximately $33,000 (three programs at approximately $11,000 each). Values are indicative and correct at the time of publication.
Prize conditions:
-
Up to 20 children per day. There is no minimum number of children.
-
Programs must be delivered by April 2027, within one of the following windows:
-
September/October 2026 school holidays
-
December 2026 / January 2027 school holidays
-
April 2027 school holidays
-
-
The winning workplace must provide the space described in clause 4.
-
The program is subject to KidsCo's site assessment and risk assessment.
-
Program dates are subject to KidsCo's availability and must be agreed between KidsCo and the winning workplace.
The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other benefit. The prize cannot be transferred to another workplace.
If a winning workplace does not use the prize within the periods above, the prize is forfeited and no compensation is payable.
7. How winners are chosen
This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners.
Entries will be judged by a panel appointed by the Promoter on the merit, originality and relevance of the submission, and on the extent to which the nominated workplace would benefit from the program.
Judging will take place on or around Monday 20 July. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Winner notification and confirmation
Winners will be contacted using the work email address provided in their entry.
Winning is conditional. Before a winner is announced publicly, the following must occur:
-
The entrant must confirm that their workplace agrees to host the program and to be publicly named as a winner.
-
The workplace must be confirmed as eligible under clause 4.
-
KidsCo must complete and pass its site and risk assessment.
If a selected entrant does not respond within five (5) business days, cannot obtain their workplace's agreement, or if the workplace is found to be ineligible or fails the site or risk assessment, that entry will be void and the Promoter may select an alternative winner from the remaining valid entries.
The Promoter may repeat this process as many times as necessary to award three prizes.
Confirmed winners will be announced in the Flat White newsletter and may also be announced across TAC's Instagram and other channels.
9. Use of entries and publicity
By entering, you agree that:
-
The Promoter may publish, reproduce and share your submission anonymously across its newsletters, website, Instagram and other channels, including in editorial content, without further consent or payment.
-
The Promoter may edit submissions for length, clarity or legal reasons.
-
If you win, your workplace will be named publicly as a winning workplace.
-
Your own name will not be published unless you have expressly consented to this on the entry form.
The Promoter may photograph, film or otherwise document a winning workplace's program and use that content for promotional purposes, subject to the workplace's agreement.
You retain ownership of your submission but grant the Promoter and KidsCo a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use it as described above.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected through the entry form will be used to run this competition, contact entrants and winners, and coordinate delivery of the prize.
By entering, you consent to:
-
Your details being shared with KidsCo for the purposes of assessing eligibility and delivering the prize
