Who we are

The Aussie Corporate runs theaussiecorporate.com, the Flat White and Pick & Scroll newsletters and AusCorp events. We are based in Surry Hills, Sydney. By using this site you agree to these terms.

What we publish

We publish news, Big Conversations, Advice and guides, and the results of our surveys.

Our Advice and guides articles are general information, not legal, tax or financial advice. Check your own situation with Fair Work, the ATO or an adviser before you act on it.

If you spot something wrong, tell us at collab@theaussiecorporate.com and we will fix it.

Quoting our survey figures

You are welcome to quote figures from our surveys, with credit to The Aussie Corporate and a link to the survey page they came from.

Please ask us first before you republish whole slides, tables or articles.

Who owns the content

Everything on this site, including the articles, slides, survey results, the kangaroo and our logos, belongs to The Aussie Corporate or to the people who supplied it to us.

Tips and submissions

When you send us a tip, a story or a poll answer, through this site or on Instagram, you let us publish it, edited and without your name. We never name who told us, and we respect anything you ask us not to publish.

Newsletters

Flat White and Pick & Scroll are free. Every email has an unsubscribe link. How we handle your email address is set out in our Privacy policy.

Events and tickets

Each event's page and its confirmation email set out what is included, the date and the venue, and whether a ticket can be refunded or moved. Those details form part of your booking. Questions about a ticket go to events@theaussiecorporate.com.

Competitions and giveaways

Each competition has its own terms, published with it.

AusCorp Vault

AusCorp Vault, at auscorpvault.com, is a separate service with its own terms.

We link to other sites, including our partners. What they publish is their responsibility.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes and the law that applies

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
