Hi Anon,
CITI BANK just sent a global email saying we will be put on a PIP if we don't go in office per 3 day hybrid rules...
Including threats that bonuses will be at risk, and office locations will have hybrid roles removed.
When in office most people literally sit at their on laptops and Zoom the whole day, no in person meetings. We are getting the work done - there is no need for this prehistoric nonsense!
