We're taking over Sneaker Laundry on Flinders Lane for an AusCorp run that starts and finishes where your sneakers get more care than you do at work. Finish your run and get 50% off drinks to kick start your day.

Where: Sneaker Laundry (Cafe), 517 Flinders Lane, Melbourne. Exact meeting point in your calendar invite
Who: All paces welcome. Come solo or bring a mate.

• Target pace: ~5:00-5:30/km (comfortably hard), no-drop with rolling regroups at landmarks
• Distance: 7km loop (final route TBA), estimated 35-45 mins

6-7 Minute Team / 5km

• Target pace: ~6:00-6:30/km (conversational), no-pressure jog/walk options
• Distance: 5km loop (final route TBA), estimated 30-40 mins
