NAB cuts bonuses for bankers scoring 1 or 2

Rolled out this morn to NAB LT, not known internally yet. Telling cus it’s dodgy af.
Banker scores 1-2 used to be eligible for up to 0.8 standard role bonus. Effective immediately, this now reduces to 0. No bonus amount will be paid to anyone scoring 1-2, no exceptions (new to bank/role). For reference approx 50% of bankers score under a 3 during first year in role.
Worst part. This is retroactive. Meaning it will apply to the bank year just finished.
