Anon pls. NAB CEO just emailed out saying that 2,500 roles to go in FY2027, with 1,500 of them to go before the end of calendar year 2026. Also dropping consultants and contractors.
Meetings in the next few days for those affected.

The email, headed "Simplifying our operating model and improving alignment to customer priorities", says "These changes will result in fewer roles at NAB. In FY27, we expect to reduce our internal workforce by up to 2,500 roles, including up to 1,500 roles before the end of 2026. We will also materially reduce our use of consultants and external contractors."
