NSW HealthShare offers voluntary redundancies to all non-front-line staff
Not sure if it's exactly "breaking" news, but yesterday all NSW HealthShare employees (excluding front line staff) have been invited to apply for voluntary redundancies.
Offering the standard (for govt.) 3 weeks per year of service but also an additional payment in bands of <1 year (additional 2 weeks pay) , 1-2 years (add. 4 weeks pay), 2-3 years (add. 6 weeks pay) and 3+ years (add. 8 weeks pay)
This is after restructures and redundancies across various departments, and roles being scaled back in their awards.
Tips are unverified until we report on them. Something here wrong? Tell us through the corrections form.
