Anon please - my colleagues got made redundant from Stockland after a "restructure" This is the FOURTH year in a row Stockland have done a round of redundancies with the excuse of it being a restructure. Mind you after each year the Senior Leaders say "we assure you this is the final time. We have made the right changes" Like bro, learn how to restructure properly so you don’t need to do this every year 🙄 No one feels safe now and no one trusts them. I've never felt so insecure at a job before.
